in the midst of constant multi-tasking, you stab unity.
limitless mythologies.
battle lines redefined.
set in a destructive path,
tremendous tremors
in the seat of your pants.
new density patterns are exemplified with complexity.
flashing shapes,
spatial dynamic swirls,
organize in technicolor.
contractual textures machines take you into darkness.
busy angels guard you silently.
you scream and pray
as you head deeper
into an inescapable hell.
the song drones on. you shatter. shatter. shatter.

I’m likin’ your posts more and more. Excellent presentation in a modern pop artish way. Liked the form, like work and word choices. A hip voice that’s cool and relaxing. Nice read and write.
When media is on the prowl that is when the battle lines are drawn! Very descriptive!
I wasn’t thinking of that at all, I was thinking of fighter pilots and comic book heroes. But it’s cool that you came up with a whole new meaning. I love when that happens.
This feels like a pop art kaleidoscope with sound effects. I was thinking while i read it that it was very graphic. Then I read your explanation in the comment above and thought, no wonder.

You identified something about pop art – it not only reduces, it tries to destroy as it reduces. Good poem, Zongrik.
Wow, Bat-Ami. You really drive it home. So many of those artists did seem to crash and burn.
Lichtenstein’s work got to me, since everyday, here in Reno, we’re still reading about the event at the air races a couple of weeks ago. People still in the hospital and witness accounts still flowing.
