Portrait of Captain Payne

Captain Payne tagged along with his @PiratesForHire father wearing a goblet that belonged to his dead wife (see below). His wife’s hand was on the Goblet and the ring was still there too. He kept her hand and ring around the goblet because he missed her.

The sword Captain Payne carried around was a British Calvary sword made during the British Indian Wars; it was “pretty sharp” and had seen real battles before coming into the hands of this Pirates For Hire actor-pirate.

The jacket Captain Payne wore was a Spanish Captain’s jacket which didn’t fit very well, but he was going to have a tailor fix it for him “so that it would actually fit better.”

Captain Payne’s vest had blood red roses on it to symbolize the ship that is father sailed The Bloody Rose; the flagship for their Fleet.

About zongrik

For those of you who do not know the handle "zongrik," that would be Bat-Ami Gordin. Most people call me "Tammy." Bat-Ami means "daughter of my nation" in Hebrew. It's a heavy name to carry around. I answer to either name. I also answer to "mama." Some Basic Things about me: Animal lover, mom, poet/writer, dramatic soprano, photographer, teacher/tutor, CERT/Technician and, oh yeah, aerospace engineer. I consider myself "The Astro-Poet." To learn more about the origins of the word "zongrik" see whats-a-zongrik?
