Portrait of Aidan

When I met Aidan, he had been playing soccer for a few months and liked playing it.  He also liked playing Roblox and Minecraft.

Aidan participated in Taekwondo and had a red belt. Aidan could not break bricks. He said, “One time I was in school, and there were black belts that could break five bricks. I don’t want to break five bricks, I want to break 5,000 bricks.” After thinking about it, he said he couldn’t even jump as high as a 1,000 bricks. So, he decided he wanted to break ten.

Portrait of Page

Page was Junior Miss Lancaster. She participated in softball and track at her school. For track, she did the shot-put and 4 X 100 relay events. In softball, she played all positions ,but she played catcher the year previous to this publication and she really enjoyed it; she thought that’s her favorite position. She believed that she hit very well too. She was also a black belt in Taekwondo.

Page was Junior Miss Lancaster, a pageant, where if a girl won, “you got to participate in various Community events like parades and grand openings.” She said that there were several levels in this pageant: Miss, Teen, Junior, Minnie, and Tiny.

Page was wearing a cherry dress because earlier that day there was the Leona Valley Cherry Parade & Festival and all the women who participated in the Antelope Valley beauty contest, who were at the Leona Valley event, were wearing that dress .

Portrait of James

James was a really GREAT and smart boy. I enjoyed snaping his portait because he took directions very well. At first, the prop in front of him was either sticking out of his head or leading from his elbow and it didn’t make for good composition,. I asked him to move until I got a good pose with good composition; he worked with me well, patiently and exuberantly

James was 11 years old he from Torrance, California, USA. He was in the fifth grade  and interested in baseball and Taekwondo. He wanted to play the trumpet at some point in his life.

James also liked internet gaming, Star Wars and Legos. He owned Star Wars Legos, even thoughhe didn’t hae a favorite Lego set. His father described him as, “a kind and bright kid.”
